Aṣṭamukha gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha krama and diksha:
There's a rare book called aṣṭamukha gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha kalpa. It's a tantrik text which dwells into the upasana paddhati of gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha. It has multiple chapters. Which describe the akhyana of gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha avataran to end mahasharabheshwara avatar of param Shiva, purva kritya, the upasana patal of gaṇḍabheruṇḍa, different upasana murtis of gaṇḍabheruṇḍa, gaṇḍabheruṇḍa moola mantra, gaṇḍabheruṇḍa mukhasammat ashta mantra krama, hidden face of adi narayana, aṣṭamukha gaṇḍabheruṇḍa kavach, hridaya, digbandhan mala Mantra, sharabha shiva krita Vandana, aṣṭamukha gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha stavan, aṣṭamukha gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha sahasranama, aṣṭamukha gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha upasana mahatmya, prayoga vidhi, diksha vidhi, guru lakshanam, upasamhara.

Scriptures state that there are 4 forms of gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha, namely:
1) Dwimukha, 2) Aṣṭamukha, 3) Dwadasha mukha, 4) Dwatrimshatimukha kotibhuja vishvottirna/ Vishwatomukha gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha. The basic mantra remains the same but the viniyiga, dhyana, nyasa and beejas change.
Aṣṭamukha gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha upasana should be done only after pancharatrik Abhishek diksha from a competent Vedic/ Vaishnav guru who has done the siddhi of the krama. Such guru is the very form of aṣṭamukha gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha. His very sight is enough to bless or curse. His presence alone brings peace to the hearts of the pious and instills fear in the hearts of the foul. He's a jivan mukta residing in the grihasta/ yati form. His will is the command for the nature. Wherever he sits, that becomes his throne and all the shaktis in the 12 miles radius are bound to his will. He is rough and tough from outside but completely compassionate from inside. His words never go in vain. One must fully surrender to the guru, serve him, take his blessings, give maximum donations and please him.
After pleasing the guru one must humbly ask for the diksha into the upasana of gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha. The guru if pleased will say tathastu !! And blessings with the Abhishek diksha on shubha muhurta. The upasana follows a krama. Which means it involves a specific order of mantra dikshas, abhisheks after specific milestones. It starts with the ashtakshari mantra and ends with the gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha mantras.
The krama is as follows:

3) Sudarshan 4 mantras
4) Varaha 3 mantras
5) Panchamukhi Anjaneya ( moola mantra, maha mantra, mukha mantras)

8) Narasiṁha beeja mantra
9) Narasiṁha shadakshara mantra
10) Jaya Narasiṁha mantra 
11) Karala Narasiṁha mantra
12) Veera Narasiṁha mantra
13) Maha Narasiṁha mantra
14) mohan Narasiṁha mantra 
15) Vashikaran Narasiṁha mantra 
16) Sudarshan Narasiṁha mantra 
17) Aghora Narasiṁha mantra 
18) Ugra Narasiṁha mantra

One has to do purashcharanas each of the mantras in the individual deity sub kramas. For every deity there's a seperate diksha. There are 3 primary Abhishek: 1) prarambhika Abhishek (at the start of the krama), 2) madhyavarti Abhishek/ tantrik upanayan (before starting the Narasiṁha mantra krama), 3) purna Abhishek (at the end of the Narasiṁha krama. Two are for higher adepts viz. 4) maha purnabhishek (at the end of aṣṭamukha gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha krama) and 5) Maha simhabhishek (at the end of the Vishwatomukha Narasiṁha sadhana). One attains complete sayujya with the deity internally and externally when one completes the krama and undergoes the 5 abhishekas.
This upasana can only be undertaken by ardent devotees of lord who are seasoned practitioners, who have full faith in the guru, shastra and devata. Since it's an agamic and tantrik krama, any person from any caste, creed and gender can take-up it's upasana. One must finish it completely once undertaken otherwise there are repercussions for the lower trai varnas.
Once a person finishes Narasiṁha krama or takes purnabhishek ,they can take up parallel sadhanas of Shri Devi, dadhi vamana, Shrikara, Dhanvantari, Vishwavasu gandharva Raja, yakshinis, apsaras and veeras. To facilitate their material and spiritual life.
The different stotras, kavach, sahasranama, hridaya, stavan, mala mantra of gaṇḍabheruṇḍa nṛsiṃha can be employed with the mantra japa to get quicker grace and siddhi.
The prayogas mentioned are for shatkarmas, ghora and krura karmas, for amassing wealth, complete renunciation, jivan mukti, subjugation of all 3 realms, mesmerisation of all 3 worlds, spirit/ demon exorcisms, attraction/ subjugation of deities for specific works, total destruction of external and internal enemies, wish fulfilment and moksha.
Prayogas usually involve specific meditation, prescribed japa, havan, tarpan, Marjan, bramhan bhojan and bali. Some prayogas are tamasic and Gore in nature which involve cremation ground practices using human or animal skulls as per the gaṇḍabheruṇḍa iconography.

Details are not revealed here as it's a highly secret and Zenith of the mantra, tantra, yantra upasana. Only people who are ready for such rigorous practices are eligible.
