Bhairava diksha & sadhana:
फ़णिं डमरूकं मालामंकुशं पाशमेव च ।
अमृत-कलशं चैव, वरदाभय धारिणम् ॥
कालाम्बुद-श्यामलांगम्, वन्दे बटुक-भैरवम् ॥
faṇiṃ ḍamarūkaṃ mālāmaṃkuśaṃ pāśameva ca |
amṛta-kalaśaṃ caiva, varadābhaya dhāriṇam ||
kālāmbuda-śyāmalāṃgam, vande baṭuka-bhairavam ||
Bhairav jayanti is approaching on the 5th of December 2023. It is the most auspicious muhurta for taking bhairav diksha to start the sadhana. 
In Kaliyuga Bhairav is the most easily pleased and quickly answering deity. Bhairav means the one whose fear keeps every element in check, every particle on synchronisation and thereby maintaining the continuum of time, spece, directions etc.. in order.
Bhairavas are 64 in numbers according to the rudrayamal tantra. But they're broadly classified into 3 categories viz. 
1) Batuka Bhairava, 2) Veera Bhairava and 3) kaalbhairava. 
Batukas are the younger versions of the bhairavas amongst the 64. They're in 9 year old child forms. They're easily pleased and are able to do everything for their sadhakas. 
Veera bhairavas are the younger and ruthless versions of bhairavas invoked for all the shatkarmas, enemy destruction, getting bhoga, doing abhicharik kriyas, negating abhicharas, achieving success in all the extremely difficult endeavours, controlling the masses and pushing oneself ahead in ugra and smashan sadhanas. 
Kaalbhairava on the other hand is the absolute authority figure. He is the dandadhikari of Shiva who enforces Shiva Shashana in the universe, keeps everything in order. The name kaalbhairava itself suggests that he's the one who keeps the time, by whose fear the kaala runs in order and in turn kaala keeps others in the world order. Ideally he should only be approached for higher yogic kriyas, bramha bodha, ashta maha siddhis, to end the rebirth cycle, to attain eternal youth and immortality. It is always advisable to do batuk bhairav and Veera Bhairava sadhanas before approaching Kaalabhairava.
All the bhairavas can be invoked in satvik rajasik and tamasik form according to one's nature and desires. The benefits of bhairav sadhana are immense. It's fully a sakama or task oriented sadhana. Whatever your wishes may be Bhairava fulfills it, irrespective of its morality and doer's eligibility. But one must be perfect in the kriya and upasana done towards the Bhairava. Bhairava only sees one's sincerity in the karma and bhava towards him. If you make mistakes in the kriya then the things can backfire as the Bhairava gets angrier much faster than pleased due to its inherently tamasik nature. 
But if one has taken refuge under a competent guru and follows word to word, the instructions given by the guru then there's no chance of failing. Once Bhairava is pleased there's nothing in this world that cannot be achieved. He is the best companion and protector to have. One becomes completely fearless and brave after accomplishing the Bhairava sadhana.

If anybody is confused as to which Bhairava sadhana path is better for him or her, then also they can approach us with those queries, we will clear the confusion and guide them accordingly to the correct initiation and sadhana.
The best time for Bhairava diksha and sadhana is kalabhairavashtami i.e. Kartik Krishna ashtami, which is calling on 5/12/2023. If anybody wants to take diksha on that day then they can approach us immediately. Normally bhairav diksha and kriyas are carried out by us on every kalashtami of the month.
