Yakshas and yakshinis are a seperate yoni. They have their world in vitala loka. They control the wealth and money flow of world. They're basically fallen deities who want to get back to their previous status by helping the karmik jeevas of bhu lok. Kubera is their king. There are satvik, rajasik and tamasik yakshas and yakshinis. They possess both good and bad qualities. They are very loyal to their sadhak and can give lot of wealth, occult secrets and siddhis. 
Here we are specially speaking about yakshinis, the female counterparts of yakshas. According to the uddamareshwar tantra there are 36 types of yakshinis. One amongst them is the dhanada ratipriya yakshini. She's considered as a form of goddess Laxmi herself.
Dhanada yakshini is one of the oldest yakshinis. There's an account in tantras that even kubera the lord of yakshas worshipped her to generate wealth. Dhanada yakshini has a special blessing of lord Shiva that whoever worships her (not even siddhi) gets immense wealth immediately. His/her life fills with opulence and prosperity. She can also help in stri purush vashikaran. She's expert in giving money through sudden gains, lottery, horse racing, share market and other such sources. She improves one's business like anything in short period of time. People are mesmerized by her sadhak and they just don't want to leave him/her. She gives very strong intuition to her seeker. There are 'n' number of such benefits of dhanada yakshini sadhana.
But now a days problem is that there are not many accomplished sadhakas who have her siddhi or know her true sadhana paddhati. Secondly people who want siddhi, don't want to do rigorous sadhana. Thirdly there are many people who are giving fake sadhana procedures, incorrect sadhana articles and charging heavy fees.  When the seeker does these sadhanas and don't get any fruit they become frustrated and start blaming the sadhana itself.
Money is the most important factor in today's life and anybody trying to have it is not wrong. But everyone thinks that they can earn money just with hard work. If that was the case then every worker would have been the rich and leaders or people sitting in authority the poorest. But that's not the case. There's another factor that is important in success story and that is "fortune". And this bright fortune can be generated with the help of sadhanas. As sadhana is a meritorious karma, it comes under planet Jupiter which is in turn the lord and significator of 9th house in kalpurush kundali. For your information, the 9th house in horoscope is the house of fortune. So doing sadhana generates the required fortune for success and dhanada yakshini in particular gives fortune and power with regards to wealth, money and prosperity.
After looking at all these scenarios and people's messages to learn yakshini sadhana, our gurudev Shri Krutyanandanath has decided to give dhanada yakshini siddhi diksha and simplified sadhana which will yield immense siddhi and success in terms of money, business, wealth, prosperity, male-female attraction etc.
The key features of this diksha and sadhana are as follows:
Gurudev will perform the dhanada yakshini appeasement Puja in the name of aspirant for 14 days, which will include:
First day:
- guru pujan
- Gau pujan, Gau daan
- Ganesh ambika pujan 
- punyahvachan
- shodash matruka
- nandi shraddha
- Navagraha dikpala shanti
- Sarvatobhadra Bramhadi mandal puja
Everyday for 14 days: 
- rudrabhishek puja
- kubera pujan and japa
- kamadev pujan and japa
- vishwavasu gandharvaraja puja and japa
- bhairav pujan and japa 
- dhanada yakshini invocation puja shringar, alankar, offerings
- yantra, amulet, gutika, ring and salt consecration
- ample japa, havan, tarpan, Marjan, Kanya bhojan.
- daan.
Last day:
- mantra diksha of secret dhanada yakshini siddhi mantra, shaktipat, upadesh.
- upasthan
- visarjan of other invoked deities.
After this Puja is finished the specially consecrated secretive yantra of yakshini sadhana will be given along with japa mala, protection amulet, gutika, attraction ring with yakshini's favourite stone in it and salt which will have the shaktipat (to be drank for 7 days before starting the sadhana for absorbing the power of yakshini mantra in one's body, mind and aura.
The sadhana after that will be of 48 days starting from a pournima, to be performed at midnight, with establishment of kalash, simple Puja of dhanada yakshini, food offering, mudras and 1008 mantra japa of the secretive dhanada yakshini siddhi mantra. On the 48th day feed 6 kanyaas with meal and offer them saree and make up kit. Do visarjan of the kalash. Then everyday chanting of the mantra for 108 times should be followed. The yantra, gutika should be kept in one's Puja altar. On every pournima or full moon night the Puja should be repeated. 
This gives siddhi of yakshini. One can see mystical things happening after 7th to 10th day. Yakshini can come in any form (animal, reptile or human). One can clearly feel the presence of an energy around while doing sadhana. Many people have seen monetary gain soon after the sadhana or during the sadhana too. Money will flow in like a stream when this sadhana is completed and daily procedure is followed. 
This sadhana has been performed by many under our gurudev's guidance and have achieved success. Anybody can perform this sadhana (male, female or child). Procedure for them varies slightly which will be notified. A complete sadhana manual will be provided to the aspirants in English/hindi. A special "anjan" making vidhi will also be provided to mesmerize people.
Diksha will be given on all auspicious days and monthly on panchami and dashami of Shukla Paksha.
