Janardana Buddha maha mantra diksha:
Today is the auspicious day of vaishakh shukla pournima or Buddha jayanti. In the second age lord Vishnu took the avatar of Buddha known as the Janardana Buddha. Who also taught mahachina tantra to the bramharishi vashishtha and time to time took different incarnations or forms to delude adharmik, tamasik and avaidik folks. 
This is a maya moha kind of incarnation of the lord. Its job is to entangle the enemies of Indra or the shrutis in their hedonistic traits. Completely cut them off from their swa dharma and shrauta dharma. So that they don't become extremely advanced and become a threat to the natural order by following the path of selective righteousness and upasana from Vedas.
This form of lord gives all kinds of material pleasures including money, women, fame, name, good health, friends and wish fulfillment. Lord Buddha also gives moksha to his upasakas with certain conditions applied. Aristocratic people, vaidika and cultured bramhins are forbidden from worshipping this form of the lord. Vamacharis, other castes, pious women, mlecchas, yavanas, jatibhrashtas, akulinas, chandalas, fallens, dharmabhrashtas, homosexuals, queers can worship Vishnu in the form of buddha to attain bhoga and moksha as per the meru tantra.
Lord Buddha gives shelter to the fallen and discarded ones. People who want to attain bhoga (material pleasures) and moksha (deliverence) through buddha mantra should never harm anyone. They should always carry love and compassion for others. Anybody who practices compassion, forgiveness, detachment and charity is readily blessed by Buddha rupi Vishnu.
Buddha mantra gives occult siddhis like vaak siddhi (power of speech), atindriya drishti (intuition/ 6th sense), clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, mass mesmerization, hypnotism, power to solve any crises, power to heal any disease and power to exorcise spirits.
For attaining all of the above blessings and occult powers one must get initiated into the buddha maha mantra according to the meru tantrokta diksha parampara from a competent acharya who holds the key of vaishnav upasana and siddhi. Without diksha this mantra doesn't give any results.  One must humbly request the acharya for diksha by giving Anna, vastra, dakshina and offering oneself at his feet with all his  belongings. Once the acharya is pleased he will see the muhurta, do the appropriate rituals and give the diksha. Once the person is dikshita they can worship lord Buddha with the specified acharas.
Buddha upasana involves Buddha murti pujan, special elemental and mandala offerings, yantra pujan, prostrations, ashvattha pujan, nyasa- dhyan purvak mantra japa, havan, tarpan, marjan and guided meditation. This upasana has no strict rules and bindings. A person should do this upasana as per his/ her comfort. No strict adherence to the celibacy, no strict food rules except for non veg during the sadhana, no maun or bhumi Shayan. Only virtues to be strictly followed are compassion, forgiveness, detachment and charity.
This upasana of Buddha is given in meru tantra by lord Shiva in the dashavatar prakaran. This is the upasana paddhati of moola buddharupi Vishnu and not Buddhist shakyamuni or Siddharth Gautama, although they also belong to the same buddha consciousness. Hence no controversial, argumentative and derogatory remarks and statements will be tolerated regarding the authenticity of the article on the basis of Buddhism.
Our gurudev has given this diksha to many of his not so disciplined foreign and non vaidika disciples who didn't have much attachment towards dharma and orthodox spirituality. They all have unanimously acclaimed that this upasana is like a kalpavriksha in the age of Kali and gives all of the above mentioned blessings and siddhis. We are living in the age of bauddhavatara, even in the sankalpa we say bauddhavatare, kaliyuge, dandakaranye... Hence this upasana is the yuga dharma for non vaidika folks if they want to attain bhoga and moksha.
